Hi Tom,
Just thought I would update you with info about my Santa Fe purchase. I ended up going with the Force, which my contractor got for me at a great price. I also got rid of the two Danby units, so the Force is on its own. After starting out at 70% and about 58 degrees, the Force got the humidity down to 55% in 24 hours. It has been able to maintain that level as the temp has dropped to the low 50s over the last couple days in the space. I tried for a couple days to set the control a bit lower (50%) but it couldn't achieve that level with these lower temps. I'll stick with the 55% setting thru the winter and perhaps try to lower it a bit in the spring when it warms up again.
